As part of GrantWatch.com's commitment to our Subscribers, we have an Automatic Renewal Program as a quick and convenient way for subscribers to pay without interruption of service. Once logged into your MemberPlus+ account, you may opt-out of the Auto-Renew Program service at any time in your My Account Settings page.
Review Archives Before Purchase:
GrantWatch.com publicly offers the Archives with no credit card required. This gives you a risk-free way to review archived grants and become familiar with how we post the funding and grant information in full detail. We do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on an individual or a company finding or not finding a grant for a particular need.
Members (free account users) will be able to subscribe to one location for the weekly newsletter. MemberPlus+ subscribers (paid account users) will be able to subscribe to up to five locations for the weekly newsletter. GrantWatch is unable to customize the weekly newsletter to your recipient type or grant interests. The weekly newsletter contains 25 grant listings that have been added within the last 7 days in the chosen location. These newsletters may be directed to spam or junk folders, or may be blocked by third-party programs. Users can unsubscribe at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in the footer of the email, or by replying "unsubscribe". We encourage users to not rely on this newsletter and to directly visit the GrantWatc.com website. We are not responsible or at fault if you do not receive the weekly newsletter.
Your subscription will continue on a recurring basis unless and until you cancel or the subscription is suspended or discontinued by GrantWatch. You will be billed at the start of each subscription period according to the plan you chose – $18.00 Weekly (7 days), $45.00 Monthly (30 days), $90.00 Quarterly (90 days), or $199.00 Annual (365 days) until you opt-out of the Auto-Renew Program.
GrantWatch, Inc. charges you upfront for the initial billing period. Your payment will be processed in US dollars. When you purchase a Subscription, you will automatically be upgraded to a MemberPlus+ account. You may need to log out first in order for your settings to update and refresh.
A receipt of your renewal will automatically be emailed to you, however, this notification may be directed to your junk, spam, or promotions folders. GrantWatch will automatically continue your membership and charge the subscription amount to the payment information you registered, unless you have opted out of the Auto-Renew Program.
GrantWatch.com is a pay-as-you-go service. To avoid being charged for a new period, you must cancel your subscription before your current period ends. We believe that canceling your Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual Subscription should not be a hassle. We only require you to log in to your My Account Settings page before the next payment date and cancel your subscription by switching the Auto-Renew toggle to the OFF position. No further amounts will be charged. You may also contact us in writing through email at support@GrantWatch.com to cancel your account, however, verification will be required.
When you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current period; you will continue to have access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund. Cancellation does not qualify you for a refund. Refer to our Refund Policy.
GrantWatch does not provide refunds if the user fails to cancel their automatic payments. The auto-renew can easily be turned off in your My Account Settings page.
GrantWatch sells access to intangible knowledge and information that we have aggregated, researched, categorized and transposed into our proprietary easy-to-use method of display. We provide a service and update the website with new information Sunday through Thursday (excluding public holidays). We have no control as to which grant will be available. We do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on an individual or a company finding or not finding a grant for a particular need. Refunds are not available if the service was used and grants were viewed.
GrantWatch does not offer refunds for payments made on a week-to-week ($18.00 Weekly) or month-to-month ($45.00 Monthly) subscription plans. Initial payments cannot be refunded, even if you cancel immediately after. The exception is Quarterly ($90.00) and Annual Subscribers ($199.00), who may be eligible for a partial refund provided they did not view any grants in accordance of the user’s My Grant Views page since the renewal, in which case, $45.00 will be deducted for each month the service was used, and the balance will be returned to the customer's original billing information.
To receive a prorated refund on a Quarterly or Annual subscription, submit a refund request within 90 days of your payment. Refunds will not be provided if requested after this 90-day period. Refunds must be requested in writing and emailed to support@GrantWatch.com and include the name, phone number, and email address associated with the GrantWatch MemberPlus+ account.
— We treat all customers equally, so we do not make exceptions to this policy. —
Time-Limited Refund Policy:
Requests for refunds beyond 90 days of the charge will not be considered or processed. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and submitting your initial payment, you are enrolled in the Auto-Renew Program and authorize GrantWatch.com to charge your billing information at the expiration of the term of your subscription for the exact amount, until such time that you turn off or cancel the Auto-Renew Program.
