This corporation is organized Not for Profit as an organization with membership consisting of persons who are considered Bowhunters. A. That by reason of choice, bowhunting is their primary archery interest-the taking of wild game by bow and arrow of suitable weight in a humane and sportsmenlike manner. B. To share with others their experience, knowledge and shooting skills C. to be a conscientious bowhunter, promoting bowhunting by working to elevate its standards and the standards of those who practice bowhunting D. To provide training for others in safety, shooting skills and hunting techniques E. To practice the wise use of our natural resources, the conservation of our wild game and the preservation of the natural habitat thereof F. To protect, preserve and improve bowhunting opportunities in Wyoming

TO ATTRACT AND RETAIN PRIMARY JOBS, FACILITATE THE EXPANSION AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW AND EXISTING BUSINESSES, ENHANCE OUR AREA QUALITY OF LIFE AND PLACE AN EMPHASIS ON HISTORIC PRESERVATION IN DOUGLAS AND THE CONVERSE COUNTY AREA.

The Nelson Museum of the West is a museum open to the public from May through October each year. It displays Military, Cowboy and Native American artifacts, Western Art, and Natural History material in a way to educate the public.

THE WYOMING HISTORIC FOUNDATION EXISTS TO ACQUIE FINANCIAL ASSETS THAT CAN BE USED TO ASSIST THE WYOMING STATE HISTORICAL SOCIETY IN THE PRESERVATION AND INTERPRETATION OF WYOMING HISTORY.
