TO SECURE GIFTS, ENDOWMENTS, AND MEMORIALS, AND SPONSOR FUNCTIONS FOR BUILDINGS AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE SYSTEM AND THE RESIDENTS OF , WYOMING.

The purpose of the shall be to secure gifts, endowments, and memorials, and sponsor functions for building and financial support of the system.

Protect, preserve, restore and enhance through partnerships with private landowners, state and federal agencies, and other non-profit organizations. Aid in the restoration of the Rocky Mountain population of Trumpeter Swans.
