THIS IS A NATIONAL, NON-COMPETITIVE PROGRAM FOR ALL YOUTH AGES 13 TO 23 WHO ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE OF SETTING PERSONAL GOALS TO BETTER THEMSELVES AND THEIR COMMUNITIES. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO VOLUNTEER AND DEVELOP THEIR CHARACTER.

To reach out with our blessings to assist locally, state, nationally, and globally in the areas of education, medical-need, religious discipleship and disaster relief assistance.

To promote better cooperation in all enforcement problems thereby guaranteeing more uniform and better law enforcement to the people of Wyoming.

Raise funds to make grants to organizations who will implement education and safety programs. Also, commission a bronze sculpture of Grizzly 399 and cubs for education of the public, to be erected near the eastern entrance of Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming.
