- The Herberger Theater is committed to sustaining its SPARK (Strengthening Potential Through Arts, Resilience, & Knowledge) youth education programs, designed to give Arizona children opportunities to excel, learn and heal through their experience with the arts. Programs include ARTS 360, an arts education initiative designed to integrate performing arts into early childhood learning. By bringing live performance and arts-integrated instruction into classrooms, this initiative ensures that children experience the transformative power of the arts, regardless of financial or transportation barriers. The program is designed to serve children from low-income and underserved communities, particularly those in Title I schools.
We offer free programming for the community that showcases diverse artists through our First Friday Live, Performance Pop-Ups, and annual Festival of the Art, and our art galleries feature the work of Arizona artists. - Target Audience
